All-Pro Gutter Installation Team
25+ years of gutter expertise in Houston, TX • Published 2026-02-08
Getting new gutters installed is one of the least disruptive home improvement projects you can do. Most installations are completed in a single day with no need for you to be home. Here's what to expect from our gutter installation process.
Before Installation Day
Free estimate visit — We'll visit your home, measure all rooflines, inspect fascia boards, discuss color options, and provide a detailed written quote. This takes about 30-45 minutes.
Scheduling — Once you approve the quote, we'll schedule your installation. Most jobs can be scheduled within 1-2 weeks. We'll confirm the date and provide a 2-hour arrival window.
Preparation — Move vehicles, patio furniture, and potted plants away from the house perimeter to give our crew clear access. That's all you need to do.
Installation Day: Step by Step
7:00-8:00 AM — Arrival and Setup
Our crew arrives with the gutter machine, materials, ladders, and tools. We'll introduce ourselves, confirm the project scope, and set up our work area. The gutter machine is positioned in your driveway.
8:00-9:00 AM — Old Gutter Removal
If replacing existing gutters, we carefully remove the old system, inspect the fascia boards, and note any areas that need repair. Old gutters and debris are loaded for disposal.
9:00-10:00 AM — Fascia Inspection and Repair
We inspect every inch of fascia board. Any rotted, warped, or damaged sections are replaced with new wood before the new gutters go up. This is critical — mounting gutters on bad fascia guarantees problems.
10:00 AM-12:00 PM — Fabrication and Installation
The gutter machine rolls out custom-cut seamless gutters in your chosen color. Each piece is carried to the roofline and mounted with hidden hangers every 24 inches. Corners are hand-fabricated and sealed on-site.
12:00-2:00 PM — Downspouts and Details
Downspout outlets are cut and installed. Downspout sections are assembled from the gutter line to the ground. Extensions or underground connections are added to route water away from the foundation.
2:00-3:00 PM — Testing and Cleanup
We run water through every section of the new system to verify proper flow and check for leaks. Then we clean up completely — your property will look better than when we arrived.
3:00 PM — Final Walkthrough
We walk through the completed installation with you, point out key features, explain maintenance tips, and answer any questions. You'll receive warranty documentation and our direct contact information.
What You DON'T Need to Worry About
- Being home — You don't need to be present. We can complete the installation and leave documentation at your door.
- Your roof — We work from ladders, not from your roof. Your shingles are never touched.
- Your landscaping — We use drop cloths and careful staging to protect plants and hardscaping.
- Noise — The gutter machine and installation are much quieter than you'd expect. Neighbors typically don't even notice.
- Duration — Most residential installations are completed in 4-8 hours. Complex or large homes may take a full day.
